You cheer leaded for Obama throughout the entire election cycle. It's too late to post Ron Paul videos now and feel good about ourselves by pretending that we know more then the "sheeple".

Ron Paul probably voted for Romney anyway....as he indirectly endorsed him through his son and never denouncing the endorsement (to not offend his loyal Leftist part of the base, who only like the legalize drugs and peace part of his message).

Apparently Ron Paul and his son get what other fake Libertarians don't get..... which is that a bad Republican is still miles better then a good Democrat, if ones agrees that the solution to the problem is Small-ER Govt/less spending. And who is ever gonna say with a straight face that a Democrat (any Democrat) is good in that department and will deliver us Pro-growth, pro-Capitalist policies... aka policies which aren't really policies at all but do nothing to interfere through regulation, taxation, spending.

But yes technically he is right....the fiscal cliff has already happened and now it's just a matter of how and where we wanna land.

We can be honest and have the tax hikes for the entire population with anyone who still has a job (poor or rich). I gotta feeling even Liberals don't like this option and would rather pretend that raising taxes on the rich a few percentages will do the trick...in exchange for fake spending cuts that only slow down the leak rather then stop it.

Or we do it another honest way....Austerity cuts and no tax hikes. And again....the vast majority or at least the minimum 47% (wink wink) of the population doesn't like this option either. In the end they will probably come to some phony bi-partisan agreement to save teh day which doesn't cut spending and doesn't raise taxes (officially) above the current levels. The real fiscal cliff battle will come at the next debt ceiling debacle....and hopefully enough tea party types will filibuster and not cave in like last time. Then let Capitalist free market forces take over once Govt's hands are tied.

Just let the entire system crumble. We need a reset anyway. People need to realize that there are limits to growth and learn to live within those limits.

Its too late period!!!

And its sad that after all this time, you remain deluded and uninformed ... Research my position and you will see that I remain consistent. This countries financial reckoning is at hand and "R" would have been the very worst decision citizens could have made as we approach these troubling times.

The notion, that a "bad republican is better than a good democrat" is blind indulgence and wishful thinking at best. Both groups have been brought and paid for in full, so believing that one side is worst than the other is ignoring the reality that the same puppet master is in charge of the strings tugging at them both. Choosing "O" over "R" as a voter will go down in history as the most logical choice, not because of some distorted illusion that he will bring about a recovery, but because he will be more honest about the situation with the masses. "R" demonstrated a total lack of communicative honesty and a total unwillingness to care about the 47% {wink, wink} who have been raped mercilessly by a FIAT governed banking and financial system doomed to fail.

The only illusion witnessed throughout this past election cycle, is that some misinformed individuals believe a Free-Market\Capitalist system could possibly save a Nation whose monetary\financial foundation is speculative, unsound and completely devalued.

Ah yes, the trope of the Gulf of Tonkin.

There were two instances, one of which was a Naval skirmish involving torpedo boats, the other was an error on the radar that was misinterpreted as an attack.

This has been redefined as a "false flag" operation by conspiracy theorists (even though that isn't what a false flag is) and used as justification for believing in impossible controlled demolition events on 9/11.

Like I said if history doesn't fit your viewpoint then rewrite history so it does.

The gulf of tonkin is now confirmed as a lie. As do the Iraq war.

Of course the sheep will not accept such a fact because it scares the crap out of them in realizing that a whole belief system must be revamped.

So in other words lets keep pretending that we're above the left vs Right fray by listing off some monetary system cliff notes followed up by some conspiratory master puppet reference to show us how about it you are.....all while still having cheer leaded for the Liberal Democrat who isn't doing lick about it and his overall ideology doesn't suggest that he intends to do anything about it or even lean in the right direction because they perceive the current monetary system as a good thing, because in quote 'bad times' they can just print their way out of it....while just supporting enough 'Capitalism' to get themselves some of that special interest private money or funds from the Hollywood bleeding hearts.

I got you.

As I said...RP may have done more harm in promoting the message of Liberty withing a Capitalist system (See for details here: http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=570934 ) but the old man had enough good sense to vote for Romney and not throw his son Rand under the bus for endorsing Romney....because the alternative sure wasn't gonna be Obama...who doesn't even support his drug legalization or non-intervention, yet alone his Austrian school viewpoints on free markets.
