Adidas Boxing Gloves

Which ones are good?

I found these two but I can't find exactly the difference the two besides one's lace-up and the other is velcro strap. I'm not an expert on gloves but can someone care to explain to me? I just want to know which one would be better for sparring/training.

Unless there's other kind of adidas gloves for training, FYI I'm looking for real leather, not synthetic leather.

im no professional or an expert, but im sure the lace-up will provide a better fit and feel during every aspect of boxing
