Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya said his company is "willing to work with anyone" to make the right fights happen. De La Hoya is a little frustrated that he can't do a co-promotion with Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank.

In a recent interview on BoxingScene.com, Arum said he was willing to pay Golden Boy a step-aside fee, and have their company logo displayed as a co-promoter, but he doesn't have any interest in doing a straight co-promotion with Golden Boy. De La Hoya is willing to make the right fights happen, but he won't beg to make those fights happen.

Anybody see a pattern there? Which promoter is the one refusing to work with others?

peep lara vs vanes. its not about copromotion its about which company wants to buy the entire event out. but that doesnt change the fact that bob arum is pure scum tho
