Pernick is a florida judge who I understand was very good w/WBO and now prostitutes himself 2 any organization that will pay him, as IBO & IBF...10-8 in a knockdown rnd, must have been some control & domination by the other guy b4 the knockdown...I want to find a video of this 2 watch the 1st 3 & 9...
