You could make the argument that he's a Heavyweight 'All Time Great', but I wouldn't say he's P4P ATG material : His resume is suspect, and I typically reserve P4p ATG status for the guys who've truly established themselves in the sport. Guys like Oba Carr, Marvis Frazier, and Sakio Bika.
