Nah it's different. The WBC ordered a mandatory title elimination match between Vanes and Lara. Top Rank won the purse bid and had complete ownership and control of the entire event. The purses were set with Top Rank's bid.

No negotiations between Haymon and Top Rank or Golden Boy and Top Rank took place.
