By Jake Donovan - Miguel Angel 'Mikey' Garcia expected a title fight when first agreeing to appear on this HBO-televised date. When that opportunity failed to present itself, he took his frustrations out on Jonathan Victor Barros, stopping him in eight rounds Saturday evening at Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.

It is obvious to anyone watching that Garcia will not be very competative with Salido. Salido will swarm and bludgeon Garcia and easily nail him and beat him down and stop him. Garcia is not ready for a fighting machine like Salido who will take Garcia's heart away from the opening bell.

Was not impress by Garcia other that in the power department. Waits way to long to do anything. Even so, not sure if Salido can get a W. Styles will make this fight interesting!

Ive said it many times, Garcia is good - he paces himself well, and he measures his distance very well, and when he lulls you, he pops you, then its over - point blank period with no comma....

this fight made me think garcia might not be that good. he does nothing really but blocks and trys to land, what happens when he lands and doesnt hurt the guy and the guy is more active????
