I weight 228 as of yesterday.

Been eating like a pig lately and my weight is still going down due to all the crazy conditioning they have me doing at the gym.

I eat around 3000 calories a day on days i train and about 2000-2500 on of days. I don't eat much fast food.

I have absolutely no idea.
I'm about 175

Normal day would consist of :

Breakfast - Yoghurt mixed with mixed cereal or porridge and a banana.

Mid Morning - Coffee and snack bar

Lunch - Sandwich or small meal, Sandwich will be cheese/ham/chicken lettuce with some side salad, small meal will be leftovers from previous day, Lasagne, Chicken and Rice, Roast.

Afternoon Snack - Piece of Fruit

Evening Meal - Lasagne, Chicken and Rice, Chilli con carne, stuff like that.

Probably pick at some mixed fruit and nuts during the day aswell like a handful.

Train 2 evenings in the week so dont have an evening meal just have a protein shake, maybe a light snack. Train Saturday mornings aswell.

At the weekend I tend to eat and drink anything! ;-)

Writing that sounds like alot? Is it alot of food?
