Default L-Citrulline

This stuff will make you go 20-25 percent harder in the gym, running, anything exercise related, it helps.

Rather than go into all of this on this post, I just want to say - buy it. Not Citrulline Malate. Get pure L-Citrulline. I recommend getting a pound at a time. You can find a pound of it for about 30-35 bucks.

Muscles fire off better.
You recover faster.
You can train much, much harder and longer.

This stuff is the real deal, I'm not kidding around. Don't hesitate, don't think twice, do a little research and then order some.

Placebo effect or you're living in wonderland.

L-Citrulline, arginine etc are nothing but amino acids throw into the bodybuilding supplement industry to get you to part with your hard earned cash.

There is very little research and they don't do a damn thing and if they do its so minimal you will not see any gains what so ever. If you're seeing gains its 99.95% coming from the work you put in & diet. It sure isn't from some underdosed amino acid supplement that has only been trialed on rats.

You're wrong, plain and simple. But you're also entitled to your opinion.

To post research references and all that would simply be a waste, because I doubt you can contrive the brainpower to comprehend it.

Post as many 'research' references as you like, it'll be nothing but companies & sister companies trying to get you to buy the product.

Just like Kongkat Ali, Turkesterone, beta ecdysterone, horny goat weed & the thousands of other herbs & amino acids and pathetic attempts of 'testosterone boosters' that have been said to be about to take the supplement world by storm, it will proven to do squat.

I've trained, spent over a decade training & falling for these bullsh1t supplement claims. You'll get to a stage soon enough when you realise they are all a waste of time, money & effort and you'll stick to real food. You'll sort your diet out properly & when you can contemplate that nothing has or ever will beat solid meals, you'll see great gains and have a lot more money spare.

Anyway feel free to post these articles where the product is tested and proven among humans after all it'll only take a few seconds...
There is very little research is there? Lets face it, there is zero knowledge of this 'wonder supplement' and the longtime effects it may have.
I'll wait..

So we have to just take your word for it?

No scientific studies...
No photographic or videographic proof...
Not even an explanation to how it supposedly works?

Just ''Pop this miracle amino acid & This stuff will make you go 20-25 percent harder in the gym, running, anything exercise related''

Have you ever considered a placebo effect? Maybe the gains are coming from your actual training and nutrition rather than this silly supplement?

Come on, you're making big claims here, show us some proof it does what it says on the tin.

Why that over CM. Pretty much everyone prefers CM over L-Citrulline.

Regardless I get NO PWO as they usually work very well with me.

CM is just L-Cit with Malic Acid added to it. While they say Malic Acid improves the effects Cit has on the Kreb's cycle, I feel that it's just a way for people to make money off of athletes who don't know any better. CM is cheaper gram for gram, and the reason is because 2 grams of CM has the same amount of L-Citrulline as one gram of pure L-Citrulline. So you're paying whatever extra amount of money for Malic acid. Just get the Cit.

I avoid buying any product with a name brand. Find a sports lab and order a bulk amount of L-Cit from there.

If one was so inclined, all you'd have to do is google human athletic studies L-Citrulline. There is scientific proof, from many sources that are unrelated to any kind of sports product or brand name, that make it clearly obvious that this product is directly beneficial to serious athletes, which is why I posted a thread here, trying to help a few boxers out.

I'm sorry you've had disconcerting trials with your supplements.

Goat weed? Testosterone? Why don't you just be up front about it. It's obvious that you're talking about wanting a natural viagra, not boosting testosterone, as horny goat weed is only known as a dick pill, lmao.

Instead of just taking Goat Weed, try this. Goto Walgreens, they sell a Goat weed with maca. Then hit GNC. Get some Yohimbe root.

Okay, did that? Good...now that the smooth muscle is taken care of, let's work on the blood.

Our word is "Vasodilation." What do we need?...

I take about twenty supplements with each meal, which are all healthy, but the base ingredients for what you're looking for seem to be right here.

Ginger pills.
Ginseng.
Garlic oil pills.
Coenzyme Q10 would help as well
BLUEBERRIES. this fruit right here will make you a monster in the bedroom, plain and simple. Eat six or so handfuls, after you consume a lean steak...then, about 30 minutes before she arrives, have a strong cup of coffee with your goat weed and yohimbe. Oh yeah. It's gonna be over with for her.

If you really wanna get medieval on her ass, 2000mg of L-Citrulline, along with a few pomegranate extract pills to that equation, will definitely make her nether regions bleed.

As for testosterone, Fenugreek...DHEA...Zinc...but mainly...Exercising throughout the day. Your test ****es if you just drop down and do pushups. Resistance exercises make the test ****e like crazy. But you have to do them all day. Like you're in boot camp. Bend and doggone thrust, trainee.

Probably because the malic acid helps with the transportation/absorption but thanks for ignoring my posts, clearly you can not back up any of your ridiculous claims.

Clearly you're either a supplement rep trying to peddle your sh1t or you're just one of these kids who claim to of made great claims from absolute rubbish and no disrespect but extremely likely are in horrific shape and health.

The only ones who do make the gains they claim conveniently forget to mention they're also running a gram of gear a week.

I've seen it hundreds of times; its always a case of try it, it works and people try it and its 'oh you must be one of the lucky non responders'
Lets be real the supplement industry is nothing but a swindle. A con and hundreds of thousands, even top level athletes fall for it everyday 'just incase it does give you that 0.002% boost'

The only supplement with any backing what so ever is creatine. Because its pretty much proven to be safe & effective they now add esthers to it & allsorts and make crazy claims ''5000% times as strong'' its crazy.

Calm down, dude. I'm not a kid, I'm 30. and I'm an electrician.

I have a question though. When do you consume your supplements, and how many times a day?
