It happens bro, I'm right there with you. I have an appointment with my chiro in two weeks.
It's crazy cause in the heat of the moment when your bending and lifting it's almost like the pain is non existing. but once you sit down to take a breather, that's when it kicks in. My wife bought me these back pads called Salonpas, maybe you should look into them for those moments when your in real bad pain. I tell ya I've used them and they are a life saver.
