Jorge 'Travieso' Arce (61-6-2, 46KOs) plans to shock the world when he takes on WBO/WBC Diamond super bantamweight champion Nonito 'Flash' Donaire (30-1, 19KOs) on December 15th in Houston, Texas.

The former four division champion is not impressed with Donaire's record or his recent string of wins, stating that he never faced someone who was willing to make it a real fight.
