By being naturally bigger than Cotto is, I can rationally infer that he is stronger than Cotto at JMW (even now).

Remember Alvarez was forced to move up to '54, Cotto could still make 147.

Also alvarez already spared with GGG and apparently they both gave each other some good work from the actual sources there. Alvarez is a pretty big dude, there's no doubt he's physically stronger than cotto.
