Feels GREAT! No video this time (I have a video of 500, if anyone wants to see), but I can assure you that I did it. Took me like 5 seconds to lock out, haha, but I still got it.

The pressure on my CNS was INSANE!

Keep in mind this is on a cut, and training while fasted and on low-carb, so gains don't come by often.

Bodyweight 210, height ~5'11.5"

dancov. believe it or not (and it certainly won't break my heart if you don't believe me,) i lifted [deadlifted] five plates for two reps when i was in my early 20's. it can be done.

unless he's got a hell of an explanation, though, it looks like he's fabricating things with these pictures
