Oh and New England about the Kitchen..... yes it is dated, but it's weird.. it's like "rich" dated... like it was baller back in 1989.

I will live with it for awhile, but eventually gut it... not right away though.

Basement

Cool thing is, this basement, is only half the basement is finished.. the other half is just begging to be finished with it.. oh yeah Im knockin down walls down here... Most epic bar ever will be built.

Master bedroom... you can see the door in the back that goes out to its own private deck, and the master bath is next to the bed.

It took me almost 18months and Three Real Estate agents to finally sell my house. The problem I faced was agents who were content to just place a sign on my lawn and let the sale happen - Instead of aggressively going after the sale.

Long story short .......

Once, I got to my third agent, I decided to take matters into my own hands and when I finally had an interested buyer look at the house, I contacted the buyer's agent directly and did a Q&A. Even though its considered illegal to undercut your own agent, they just wasn't getting the job done.

After that thorough Q&A, I told the buyers agent, that I was motivated and would meet the buyers financial goal {Cost me 6K of equity} if they were really interested in buying the house ... like I stated, Illegal, but I got the sale done.

House was signed, sealed and delivered within 30days ...... moved to VA. accepted a very high-paying job and started fresh .......

Bottom-Line: DO NOT let your agent sit on your house.

Nice job... my agent luckily is GREAT.. we already talked about how aggressive we want to be, we will have an open house every sunday, it will be listed on every single real estate website including craigslist... My gf is going to bake cookies or pie every morning the day of the open houses so it smells great, and I may lay out cheese/crackers and small glasses of wine in our kitchen.

We're going majorly aggressive to sell.. first offer that's reasonable and Ill take it.

Crazy thing is, my realtor thinks the house is worth than I do, I had a number in my head already that I would take, which would give me a nice chunk towards my down payment and she thinks I could get more.. basically I have a nice amount of negotiating room.

That Turqoise wall... in the center is the furnace, but the walls surrounging the furnace can ALL come down and it goes all the way back about twice as wide as what you can see.. the entire basement is huge... Bar, pool table, couches, tv's air hockey, arcade games...OVER TIME, but eventually.
