Oh I'm pretty experienced with real estate, I'd never not get an inspector or lawyer. The reason it's been on the market so long, is these retards bought the house lived there for four years and inflated the price $75,000 and didnt do ANYTHING to the house, they even used the original listing pictures from the bought it, to sell it.

They've been reducing the price for 3oo days and they're almost back where they bought it at.. It's also a relocation home.
Like I said I have to sell mine first, mine goes on the market Monday. They wont take a contingency to sell offer because it's a relocation, stupid. I locked in 3.2.
