Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III stressed this to rebut allegations that he again committed plagiarism in his speeches against the controversial reproductive health (RH) bill pending on the Senate floor since last year.

After having been accused of plagiarism by Sarah Pope, an American blogger, critics again charged that Sotto plagiarized the speech of the late US Sen. Robert Kennedy.
In his “turno en contra” speech last week, Sotto translated into Pilipino three paragraphs of the Kennedy speech. “The people who think this is plagiarism should think again. I did not copy it,.
