Later tonight, undefeated super bantamweight Orlandito Del Valle will attempt to make the jump from prospect to contender next Saturday when he faces former champion Vic Darchinyan in Connecticut. On a recent edition of BoxingScene's official audio show The Boxing Lab, Del Valle said that he had a great training camp and is ready for fight night.

i can't see how he can win either,he's just too small for this division,he looked small at 118 as it is,now imagine how he'll look here,plus he hasn't really impressed in his last couple of fights either to make me think he will do something against a fast young fighter,plus he's up there in age too,this is a pretty heavy guy he's facing,he's fought at featherweight before so i think vic will probably get ko'd
