I personally think Trinidad gave him a headache and he was feeling it the next day the worst. Trinidad beat him into submission.

Ask Mayorga and he will tell you Trinidad was the best he ever fought. Trinidad was the first to knock him down or even hurt him. He softened him up for the other guys and cracked his chin so to speak.Before Trinidad Mayorga was nearly impossible to hurt but a few hundred Trinidad bombs did the trick.
