It's not about the wraps being loaded, Freddy likes to double stack his wraps (First tape, then gauze and tape again, plus he rolls the tape between the fingers like peices of rope)..
Up till this point nobody has had the power to attest it, butg if Naz points it out and can argue it being wrong, they will have to go by the book.
Ithink it's a good move, Freddys wraps are suspect.
