I'd say Evander was more conditioned in the early '90's than he was in the '80's. It's somewhat hard to say. Mike Tyson & Frank Bruno were tremendously conditioned at their peak, as well. It's unfortunate that Frank didn't have good stamina. I guess that was in part to his large mass. Thomas Hearns was always in great shape and always gave good performances. Roy Jones & Marvin Hagler I suppose belong in this category. Julio Cesar Chavez is also worth mentioning as he can be considered of both decades.

If we are talking about conditioned as in never getting tired then Marvin Hagler, Felix Trinidad, Erik Morales, Aaron Pryor and Julio Cesar Chavez are the first guys that come to mind from those decades
