In addition, middleweight Dominik Britsch (26-0-1, 9 KOs) is trying to erase any doubts in people's minds when he once again faces off with rugged Spaniard Roberto Santos (17-6-2, 9 KOs) for the EU Championship. Their first encounter ended in a draw. Besides those two great match-ups, Sauerland Event has an undercard stacked with quality fights to heat up the crowd before the main event. The card includes heavyweight Edmund Gerber as well as Austria's finest, middleweight Marcos Nader.
