Handwraps vs Gel Wraps

What do you prefer and why? IMO handwraps give more wrist support and form more of a cast where as gel wraps dont.

I think handwraps give better support but the gel wraps are very convenient. If you're training very seriously you use handwarps, but if boxing is just a part of your workout....the gels are great.

Handwraps... with Winning knuckle guards. Gel wraps don't offer enough wrist support and they're clunky when adding wraps to them. In my own experience with the Title gel wraps, they didn't really help protect the knuckles. The Winning knuckle guards are outstanding. I can't say enough about how amazing they are.
