If the poster already has gifts and ribbons just click on any of his gifts or ribbons and it will take you there with that poster name to receive the goods.
If the poster has nothing, then click where it says vbPlaza Menu [next to user cp] and a drop down window will appear, just click on give gifts or give ribbons and take it from there.
