It wouldn't just randomly float out of her snatch.
However, just to actually add something to this thread, weightlessness in space actually has a lot of ill effects on humans. Specifically with our digestion process as gravity helps force food to the bottom of your stomach and then into your intestines. However, in space, food will often times sit in your stomach for extended periods of time. This also means that if the astronaut has to burp, they have to be cautious not to have stuff come up with it.
