I posted the Solis-Herring fight in my heavyweight schedule thread Saturday and explained why. Solis was kept out of the IBF eliminator because of promoter problems.

For a couple of years, Solis was co-promoted by Don King, who got him his title shot against Vitali. King is taking legal action against Odlanier.
