By Jake Donovan - Freddie Evans became the second fighter from hosting nation Great Britain to advance to the finals, pulling off a major upset in securing his invitation to the dance.
Evans rode an early lead all the way to the finish line in pulling out a 11-10 win over top seed and defending World Amateur champion Taras Shelestyuk of Ukraine in Friday's semifinals.
