Ways to avoid a DUI situation...

Always keep an unopened pint of liquor in your vehicle

If you have been drinking too much and a cop stops you, just get outta the car, open the pint and start chugging it....... they'll have no proof that you were drinking in the car....

Note : I do not condone drinking and driving, this is just a hypothetical situation.

I think that's the best way to avoid it. But that's just me, what do I know? I don't even drive.

It's not a plan son....but the cops would never have proof that you were drinking before the pint you chug in front of them.....

If you have a better idea on how to get out of that situation, let's hear it...

Don't drive while drunk. I have no sympathy for idiots who kill themselves when they drive drunk, but when they hit innocent people it's infuriating, and it happens all the time.

The cops usually take a minute before they get out of their car first, so you get out of your car before they smell alcohol on you or have any proof that you were drinking - open your unopened pint and chug it. That way, the only proof they will have of you drinking was outside of your car with an unopened bottle.
