Sugar ray Robinson for the fact that even though his best was welterweight. At middleweight he was still a legend killer and still had one punch knockout power with either hand and still threw punches in bunches and had an excellent sense of bout progression and yes Roy would do well too but I would consider rays ring iq superior and he WOULD land on Roy and how long could roy s chin hold up. Ray Robinson isn't no Monte barret chin guy. He would eat whatever speed /power shot came and time counters.....offensive smart combination punches..not pacquiao flailing punches.

RR wins,no matter what Roy's chin was not tested because nobody he fought at the time was able to test it...Ray Robinson would test it all night long and put Roy to sleep in the mid rds..Roy was one of the most talented fighters I've ever seen..But he fought at a time when other fighters were not as physically gifted...Ray had the ability to fight any kinda fight you wanted to fight..I just can't see Roy winning this fight at all..
