What you have to think is he is milking pacquaio for paydays and any fighters will take the risk against pacquaio for an all time high payday.

Arum is the man. He knows how to manage his fighters in making them stars. Look at Manny. Guy with average skill, promoted him into the fighter of the decade with carefully matchmaking. Arum knows his business well. The man is the hustler of hustlers!!!

If that's all he cares about Clotty would never have got remotely close to a million dollars. His fighters are almost always very well paid. He makes them into millionaires. Why shouldn't he be allowed to make money as well. If the promotion fails he's out of pocket, not the fighter......
