The world is 2050: Interesting Predictions by Atlantic Council
As you know power shifts between countries and region. The Atlantic Council and International Futures think tanks produce National Power Index's ranking countries in terms of total power or potential power capacity based on stuff like GDP, military power, population, sci-tech etc.
Anyway, in 2050 - mid century, they estimate in order the most powerful states will be:
USA down to third?
Brazil as high as 4?
Pakistan at 8?
Russia still there?
The world will be topsy turvy for those of us who are 20-40 now.
Note that 7/10 are nuclear powers.

Can they predict if Puerto Rico will be an independent country by 2050?
If they cant then I call BS.
