Is anyone else her Gluten free?

For a long time I've has a lot of stomach issues and someone told me to stop eating gluten based foods. Now I'm no longer tired, constipated, bloated, and I lost 10 pounds. I feels like a new man.

I am wheat free because I get stomach upsets which causes diarrhea issues. I feel less bloated and pretty healthy. A lot of people don't realise that they have stomach issues.

You're right a lot of people think its normal. The only think I hate about being GF is the GF beer. It sucks!

I went through a faze when my stomach would make embarrassing noises all the time, it was the fizzy drinks that i had been drinking everyday.
