Yvon Michel, the promoter for IBF super middleweight contender Adonis Stevenson (18-1, 15KOs), does not expect Andre Dirrell (20-1, 14 KOs) to accept an invitation to face Stevenson in an IBF final eliminator. Stevenson is having a hard time securing a dance partner for his scheduled return on August 11th at the Bell Centre in Montreal, as part of the Jean-Pascal Tavoris Cloud undercard.

Andre Dirrell is a sad case of wasted talent. The guys is what 29 years old already and his younger brother has more fights than he has. I don't understand why fighters that hang with Mayweather end up putting their careers on hold believing Mayweather will turn them into superstars.

AD making a big mistake as it's invaluable tv xposure vs a current name...Stvenson has quite a few flaws a technical guy can take advantage of but that monster punch always keeps in the fight...bad, bad move by AD...

Not surprised he passed really Stevenson is ok but he can punch with authority and if Dirrell wasn't in training already and not fully prepared he gets a bad KO loss
