the hyena is a vicious predator...I like the way they hunt always in large packs which gives its prey a very slim chance of escape...

On average 4 Hyena's to 1 lion, then they get brave. If a male Lion is around, they need a lot more. Lion's are smart and take out the Matriach, which ****s up the whole pack for a while.

I love my big cats and Lion's are far superior.

Hyena's do hunt themselves as well, but they will scavenge quite a bit. Being able to digest bone is a great survival skill though.
