Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. walks around at 225 pounds and now Brandon Rios gets exposed as walking around normally at 170-180 and fighting at lightweight during those times, whats with Mexican boxers and size advantages? Even Canelo walks around at 180 but fights at 154. Why can't they do like Pacquiao and Mayweather and fight close to their weight class?

This guy should be fighting at 160-168, how the hell does he make 140 let alone 135 before, you can tell when someone is a brawler with no defense like Margarito and Rios they cut down to a super low weight because if they fought guys close to their size they would get killed or knocked out cold, so they need the size advantage.
It seems to me Mexican boxers are notorious for draining to low weights for a size advantage, the only Mexican boxers I know who didn't cut much weight were Barrera and Marquez but both of them were not your typical Mexican they were no hard drinkers and stayed in shape year round.
