The defense of WBA flyweight champion Hernan "Tyson" Marquez (33-2, 25KOs) has been derailed. He was going to face Filipino Ardin Diale on June 23rd at the CUM in Hermosillo, Mexico. But the WBA has ordered Marquez to defend his belt against mandatory challenger and interim-champion Juan Carlos Reveco (28-1, 16KOs). The show will still move forward, with Juan Francisco Estrada (21-1, 16 KOs) replacing Marquez against Diale.

I really like this fight, guys like Reveco and Nunez are very worthy challangers and it's good to see governing bodies putting them in mandatory position. Sometimes they make sense... sometimes.
