Hopkins made almost ALL his opponents move up in weight. Every big name on Hopkins record moved up a weight class or two. Most of his big names were WELTERWEIGHT fighters. Hopkins has also always been a BIG middleweight, now fighting at light heavy. Jones has the better record by a mile. |

Winky and Oscar belong you're crazy? listen to yourself. Oscar had many more fights after Hopkins. Winky was coming off a great fight with Taylor and he's just a great fighter period. Trinidad is borderline for both? how the hell does that make sense? Trinidad was in his prime undefeated against Hopkins. He was nearly 40, 1 fight off a 7 year lay off against Jones. How the hell does Hopkins biggest win not count? Your throwing out no names to Jones record. Joppy Brown and Holmes were legitimate names. so was john jackson. were you follow boxing in the late 80's early 90's? |
