Thanks everyone for the advice. Didn't know that about the tylenol. And I think what was dumb for me was starting under par. Friday night dancing til 2 at a concert in heels...beer and ...beer...

Combined with another late night last night...wine all night.

I'm getting too old for this kind of stuff.

I'm going to have some water, bury my head in pillows and nap with my dog until avengers tonight.

I just wish my texts wouldn't shout at me. Ugh!!!!

Its been a loooooong time since I've felt this way. Maybe cos it was 2 nights in a row?

1. Had too many beers, well have another one! Since you are in alcohol withdrawal, having another one just might do the trick!

2.Drink a lot of Water!!!

3. Gatorade or coconut water! *Hydrate yourself gain back some electrolytes.

4. Greasy Food!!

5. Exercise! Sweat out all the Ciroc !

i usually go with smoked oysters & dry special K...when finished the oysters dump the oil in to your cereal...mmmmmmmmmm works every time
