Would You Accept Mayweather V Paul Williams @ 154lbs?

I dont know why this fight is not been suggested, Or suggested as much as it should,Now I know that we all want Mayweather Pacquaio but that fight is not happening because of boxing politics, So if Mayweather beats Cotto and agrees to fight Paul Williams would you see Paul Williams as an acceptable opponent at 154lbs or would you slate him?

Paul Williams can easily make 154lbs infact he can make 147lbs but 154lbs he will be better at the weight.
