Promoter Frank Warren was shocked to read Tony Bellew's position regarding his furture fights being presented on BoxNation. In an article which appeared earlier today on BoxingScene.com, Bellew told Terry Dooley that he wants gain further exposure by fighting on a network like Sky Sports, because he believes BoxNation won't give him enough exposure to further his career.

its a sinking ship when you really look at it , frank is backed into corner , his channel only has 19.000 subs , and hes trying to do 1 big show every month or so and keep everyone happy , cant happen !! look at kell brook and how his career has took off since he left warren !!

cant really grow a fighter with noone watching them , only 20,000 hardcore boxing fans !

if i was a fighter and looked at it id want to jump ship !! id rather be with fatty hennessy than frank ,

I'm not the biggest fan of Warren, but how has Kell Brook's career taken off? He's experienced natural progression as you would expect of a fighter of his age/skill/stature. Matchroom haven't really done anything that different with him, you can hardly describe putting him against Matthew Hatton as pushing the envelope.

If anything Warren did that more with a prospect like Kevin Mitchell when facing him against Katsidas at Upton Park. In my opinion BoxNation is nothing but good for boxing and I can't see the point in slagging it off. It's like the good ol' days of boxing on Setanta without the football that sent them broke.

brook has just headlined and sold out the Sheffield arena , before that he had his American début , before that he beat a harded if but old world level operator in ndou , lets face it he was rotting away on undercards with warren , warren was the man who said he cant sell tickets in his home town ?

matchroom has done more for him in a few fights than warren did for all brooks time with him , hes actually gaining momentum and is been promoted well , and bellew is smart enough to see it to , as will others !!

and how the hell is 19000 people viewing fights good for boxing lol its crap for boxing !

Brook has definitely progress since leaving Warren, Who basically didn't know what to do with him, The position that Brook is in now should have happen 2-3 years ago under warren but he just stall his career doing nothing under warren, Bellview has a point while get stuck with boxnation when he can get more viewing customers fighting on Skysports?

i wouldnt worry about that , he will be raking it in , that's still over 2 mill a year in subs , plus the adverts , plus the gate moneys and sponsorships , its just is it good for boxers careers ??
