P90x: My Journey, 1-90

This will be my P90x journal.

Hopefully, it will keep me pushing myself to the limit.

Updates will start from tomorrow (Sunday - want Sat as a rest day).

Starting Weight: 152.1 lbs

Day 1: Chest, Back and Ab Ripper

First session of P90x and it was hard. Didn't realise it would be so intense.

Thought I was pretty fit but this had me working, sweating and even sh*tting my pants a little

Diet isn't too bad, nice foods. Feeling quite good after the workout actually. Can't wait for the next session.

I'm a week ahead of you and to honest I feel like i'm doing the workouts just to drink my protein drink. My body was sore for 3 days after Day 1.

1.What protein drink are you taking if any?

2.Are you doing the p90x classic?

Pretty blown away tbh... I havent weighed in the 180s since I was 21... Ill be 29 in July..
