plyometrics=PED'S. he didnt take it last time bc of all the publicity & the possibility of a mayweather clash so he's been trying to clean out his system. so basically what he's telling everyone is that he's back on that **** again & he will punch harder, move faster and knock out bradley like he did hatton. LOL.

In all seriousness though....Plyo is no joke. That stuff will kill you. I did it with insanity, and it was brutal. Even the super ripped all in shape guys were dropping like flies while doing it. Good stuff though, and great for calves and lower body and core work
