Apparently he's a southpaw, too.

According to his promoter, he shouldn't have to travel to fight Povetkin (illogical). He'll fight a few more bums, then become mandatory for Klitschko.

Fury looks good when he gets into gear, but he desperately needs a step up in comp. Still, this "bum of the month club" idea that Mick Hennessey's mooting might seduce a more than a few casual idiots, and hopefully get himself back in shape as well...

Bit confused about Fury's apparent lack of initiative. Seemed comfortable just moving around and feinting without throwing, once he let his hands go - he landed and looked good.

Hope to see him against a more durable opponent next time out.

Yep, he even said that in another post earlier. That he is going on a bum tour where he will fight every couple months to stay busy and sharpen his skills. I see your prediction coming true as well.

I thought he looked poor early on.

Fighting as a southpaw was odd and he looked uncomfortable, especially when Rogan applied heavy pressure. It just seemed like they decided "hey, that'll confuse the opponent" rather than "I feel more natural in this stance".

He got the job done in the end and deserves credit for that, but until his power took effect the style change was pretty unconvincing imo.

Actually, I reckon he may have gone southpaw JUST to add a talking point for his Channel 5 minions. You can tell he always has one eye on PR the whole time, and fighting southpaw might add to his mythos and make his fanbase grow.

I think the most important thing for him is that his defence was a hell of a lot better than any fight he's had in recent memory. Expect a Fury/Fraudley fight soon..

Al Bernstein stole the show though, he was awesome on commentary and analysis. This man needs to take the incredibly annoying Jim Watt's place on Sky Sports.
