Please stop saying Zimmerman instigated it by following Trayvon. Zimmerman says he got out of his truck to look at a street sign and was hit from behind. This is in dispute because Trayvons GF said there were words exchanged and shove from Zimmerman. Two peice of conflicting evidence that we will learn about more at trial. Until then it is ignorant to say "Zimmerman is guilty because he instigated it by following Trayvon."

He very may be telling the truth and you guys might be morally wrong. You may be taking part in the destruction of his life. This is not something to be done so carlessly.

Other innocent people have probably already died because of the reckless manufacture of racial tensions by the media. This is not to be taken lightly. There are serious consequences to this public summary trial.

When I said followed, I mean following at the time of the attack. Thats key. He was following him before, but he says he lost him and therefore was not following him when he alleges Trayvon attacked him from behind.

Shove or a punch only? Then he is guilty of murder because he is only allowed to use deadly force when deadly force is applied against him.

He has evidence that his head was being bashed in, that's more than a shove. Head bashed in is deadly force which means he would be allowed to use deadly force.

Thats why who instigated is key. Under Florida law, an instigator can not put pick a fight and justify using deadly force, UNLESS they give up and the initial victim escalates the force. This actually may be a possibility.

I already stated that if Treyvon punched him first, Zimmerman is justified in fighting back.

Regarding your last post. Do we just ignore the audio where Zimmerman clearly stated he was following Treyvon and was clearly told not to by the dispatcher?
