Yeah, that's it. . . Doesn't that look consistent with maybe having your scalp "rubbed raw?" It looks way too irregular, and out of position to just be a "bald spot". . . You can see the deeper, smaller, circular gash near the crown, and then below it, it's like a 3"x3" area of what appears to be "lumps/abrasions/scraped skin". . . Of course I can't say for sure that's what it is, but it does seem to be consistent with having your head smashed/grinded or whatever against the concrete.

Lol yeah it's taken up too much of my time. . . Hopefully if it doesn't go to trial, we'll be released everything that is known. . .
