Cannot wait. I loved Angulo-Kirkland and I expect this fight to be similar. Well, minus the over punching in the first round. This fight will certainly mean a lot to Molina if he wins it but Kirkland still deserves a shot at a title if he wins. And this is also a great showcase fight for James, it's gonna be an all action brawler and I think he can gain a lot of notoriety from it.

I hope HBO doesn't **** it up like against Angulo, though. There was NO SOUNDS in the ring at all, and that really detracts from the experience. You could barely hear the corners talking and you couldn't hear the thuds from the punches.

I'm leaning towards Kirkland here. I think he surprised everyone in his last fight where he was displaying some boxing techniques and that might help here in this match up. Kirkland KO 8.

Only chance Molina has at a KO would be in the first round IMO.

Longer it goes the more Kirkland will get use to the power/or lack of power Molina has.

LMAO!!!!

You did the same thing for the Kirkland-Angulo fight with a atomic bomb explosion image.

I have to step back and make the observation that even though the Angulo win was a great one that revived Kirkland, it was a one-sided beatdown and not enough to gauge Kirkland.

Angulo didn't have anything to offer outside the first round (or maybe the first two). It was, for the most part, a beating.

However, with Ann Wolfe back in Kirkland's corner and Molina being more disciplined, it should be mildly entertaining.

Carlos Molina has 4 losses (neither of them by KO) and all of his losses were very close (one split decision, two majority decisions, one unanimous) and two draws.

He still hasn't faced a puncher like Kirkland at any point in his career.

I'm going to give Molina the benefit of the doubt and say he gives James some resistance before getting stopped for the first time in his career in the ninth.

If not, I still see James winning, and I'm rooting for him.
