Pac is definitely a legit welter. His legs are bigger than most. Mayweather just doesn't do catchweight fights. He renegotiated the fight for welterweight. Don't say Pac could cut down to 140 if he wants because you personally don't know that, Roach said Pac was feeling starved at 135.
