FAO Mexican Posters (I have an actual question)

So, I am getting ready to go to bed and usually I will throw on some sort of documentary to get me to sleep. There is one on now called 'Mexico's drug wars'. I guess my question is; does it piss you off the way the media portrays Mexico? I mean, I'm not even Mexican and they are being really ignorant, it's really annoying me.

Do you think they spend too much time focusing on the negative things, opposed to showing good things about Mexico?

Yes it really does. I am a Mexican but have lived in the USA my entire life and every time American media mentions Mexico it is just to say something negative. I don't know how other countries view us but the USA doesn't think too highly of Mexico as they always use it as an example of how things are in a third world country even though Mexico isn't one.

it's a documentary on Mexican drug cartels, what did you expect?

You even said the title is "Mexico's drug wars". I'm not sure if you were expecting rainbows and birds chirping but that's not really what happens in these type of documentaries.

No it doesnt. Its nothing new. . they even warn some people in he southern states not to vacation in mexico becuase of the drug wars. It is pretty bad though.
