Former light heavyweight champion Jean Pascal (26-2-1, 16KOs) does not believe Carl Froch (28-2, 20KOs) is the same fighter who beat him in 2008. Are you sure about that? In the post fight interview that was the first time I've heard Froch admit he lost. He usually has an excuse. But he knew downright he lost. That can do something to a fighter mentally.
The thing people don't understand about when you fight counter, slick boxers like Mayweather, Hopkins, Ward... is that they not only beat you physically, but mentally. So I hope it doesn't effect him as much as it did Hatton when he lost to Floyd. |
