Both Holyfield and Tyson were fresher and better in 1991. I like matchups between fighters to be closer to their peaks. Just like the aforementioned Whitaker-Chavez and Chavez-Camacho. And for that matter, Leonard-Hagler a few years earlier, as well as Trinidad-Whitaker.

Monzon-Hagler in 1978-79 (let's say Monzon fights a bit longer)
