Default Dissecting the 40 mil offer

When I started to think about it, the 40 mil offer is better then 50/50 for PAc.

Here is why.
Lets say the ppv makes 1.8 mil buys at 65-70 $.
Thats 63 mil when you split it 50/50.

When Pac carries a PPV they get around a 1.3 mil ppv buys at most and 100% of the revenues is kept within TR and yet Pac gets less then 30 mil all and all.

Now if you split the it 50/50 with GB and MAyweather it would equal as them getting 900k of the ppv buys.
If Pac gets his usual ppv share from TR, how the **** will get anything close to 40 mil?
From 900k?

The highest PAc has gotten from a ppv share is something around 20-25 mil and even some of it gets scammed out of his hands by Bob Arum and Michael Koncz.

the 40 mil could be a way to cut Bob Arum out of the juicy Pie.
Ofc Bob gets some from Pac's flat rate but still, nothing close to the ppv.

It would be a big **** you to Bob and PAc gets more money than he has gotten in his entire career.

(Don't move this tread banstick plz.
It's impossible to discuss this on the super tread)

Why in hell would Pac get more from a 900k ppv then 40 mil.
Because that is exactly what it is when you split the projected 1.8mil ppv buy rate.

Pac would get the exact same shares he gets from TR ppv's and he never gets more less then 20 mil from ppv shares and a flat rate of 6 mil.

How the ****ing **** do you get more then 40 mil from that?

So he'll get more from a technically 900k ppv then from a 1.3nil ppv?
Arum is robbing him blind and this is a way to keep the maggot from the pie.

And ofc PAc gets manipulated into thinking 50 50 means more money.
I'm sorry to say it but Pac can't think for himself in matters like this without Arum and Koncz manipulating him.

He isn't a very bright guy

point is why would pacman even entertain a boring boxer offering anything? who tf is mayweather? especially now that pbf appears to be desperate for the fight? pacman should call the shots not mayweather. he should be thankful that pacman is even offering him 50/50.

mayweather needs to just go back to his original plan

alvarez vs mayweather, may 5th, cinco de mayo.

man, these are not boxing fans, these are plain dickriders trying very hard to makes sense of a senseless offer.

Senseless? do the ****ing math and you see PAc is getting manipulated by Bob as Always.
The guy is a puppet.
He'll get even less from a 50/50 offer.

Are you really that naive to believe he'll get 50%?
Top Rank gets 50% of the revenue.
IF you split the projected buy rate it would equal a 900K ppv fight.

And as we know a ppv projections are almost always higher then what it ends up being.

No no no, Pac will get his usual PPV shares on a 900k ppv fight.
Which is substantially less then 40 mil.

The plan right here is to cut Arum out of the PPV pie, not Pac

Even if Mayweather and Roid had the same guarantee and revenue split Mayweather would still walk away with more. Fact is Mayweather is smarter than Roid when it comes to getting his net. bob arum's piece of the pie is too big. Why do you think all the successful stars like ODLH and PBF left top rank?

Exaaactly!
PAc is a company man and kind of naive.
Bob Arum would just end up ****ing Pac over with 50/50.
Mayweathers plan as it seems is to cut Arum out of the Pie without forcing Pac to leave TR, which we know will probably be impossible.

pac vs marquez did 1.4m buys and pac walked home with 30 million dollars, 22m guarantee, around 5m ppv bonus and the rest from endorsements and so on including gate

now floyd vs pac will do at least 400k above that of marquez, 1.8m buys seems reasonable

that 400k buys would generate around 20 million to say the least, thats not counting the fact endorsements and gate will be much higher. You should easily add a few more million with those 2

considering all of that and really the minimum pac vs floyd would do is 1.8m buys, 40m is not near 50-50, it looks more like 60-40 or 65-35 for pac

both guys walk away with the same money in a 50-50, the difference after is how much floyd pays gb and how much pac pays top rank

This thread really is not needed, I know you badly want to discredit pac and love floyd, therefore you are looking at all angles to make 40m seem fair

the fact is pac vs marquez did more than floyd vs marquez, it also did more tghan floyd vs ortiz

you can only judge a performance on their most recent, therefore pac easily gets 50-50 if not 52-48 on the deal since he is now doing more ppv buys than floyd going by their most recent ppv which shows popularity

You see that was a Top Ranked ppv.
100% of the revenue is kept within Top Rank and His opponent gets nothing from the ppv or the gate.

Now split the Projected 1.8 (which is very generous) into 50/50 and it's 900k....
Sooo PAc's ppv share will be even less then the rapported 1.4 mil ppv with JMM.

You get it now?
Also don't forget how Michael Koncz and Arum work together.
They are manipulating and scamming PAc out of 30% or more out of his revenue.

40 mil flat means Arum ain't getting a piece of the Pie

I don't see where the promoter make up for the expenses they had for the fight?
The full PPV can not be divide to the fighter because the cable company has to make money out of it as well

lol at pacquiao doing 1.4mil with JMM

they just admitted the other day that their Shane Mosley numbers aren't even done yet

Everyone's PPV numbers have been accompanied with info on how much revenue the specific event made including Mayweather's unofficial PPV release for the Ortiz fight. manny pacquiao is special in the head with no revenue numbers to go with his so called 1.1mil Mosley and 1.4mil Marquez fights
